The client was running comprehensive Google & Facebook ads but not seeing the ROAS that they wanted. There were lots of legacy ads and keywords that were resulting in wasted spend, with a struggle to compete on search ad space with other competitors.
Conducting a full audit on the account, I recategorized keywords and ad groups, paying close attention to share of search (relative to budget), CPA/cost per conversion, quality score and ad ranking. I stripped back irrelevant, wasted broader search terms in favour of more specific longer tail search terms matched with relevant landing pages.

Facebook Ads were reformatted with more use of carousel and vertical media, with A/B copy tests and a refinement of placements, demographics and interests to drive down CPCs and CPAs.
